40여년 노후된 주택의 리모델링 프로젝트로 대관령의 자연을 시원하게 담을 수 있는 내부 공간의 계획과 더불어 노후 건축물의 구조 보강과 도심과는 다른 기온차에 따른 건축시공 상의 기밀성 등이 복합적으로 고려 된 프로젝트이다. 특히, 겨울철 지붕에 쌓이는 눈에 의한 누수를 방지하기 ㅜ이해 지붕 처마를 따로 두지 않고 지붕의 경사를 고려하여 계획하였다. 철거 과정에서 파악된 내부 경사 지붕은 리모델링 시 그대로 유지하여 공간의 다양한 변화를 시도하였다.

It is a remodeling project of a house that is 40 years old, and it is a project that considers the interior space that can contain the nature of Daegwallyeong cool, the structural reinforcement of the old building, and the confidentiality of the construction according to the temperature difference different from the city center. In particular, in order to prevent water leakage due to snow accumulating on the roof in winter, it was planned in consideration of the slope of the roof without a separate roof eaves. The internal sloping roof identified during the demolition process was maintained as it was during remodeling, and various changes in the space were attempted.
