과거 지식 습득 위주의 일방적인 방식과 달리 오늘날 교육은 어울림, 휴식, 놀이를 통해 창의성과 융합 사고를 키우는 시대로 변화하고 있다.

배움과 학습의 과정이 행동으로 이어지기 전까지 그것은 지식과 정보에 불과하며, 환경과 관계에 따라 충돌하고 조정되면서 최적의 방식과 행동으로 이어진다. 이와 같은 변화 속에서 공무원 수련원은, 과거의 방식과 미래의 변화가 공존하면서 ‘서로 다름에 대한 이해를 통해 더 나은 서울을 만들어 가는 배움터’ 로 변화되어야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 일방적인 교육/숙박/여가 중심에서 참여하는 모든 사용자가 좀 더 나은 체험/경험/놀이를 통해

공간을 복합적으로 활용하는 건축적 형태와 공유형 플랜을 제안한다.

Unlike the one-sided method of acquiring knowledge in the past, today's education is changing into an era that fosters creativity and fusion thinking through harmony, rest, and play.
Until the process of learning and learning leads to action, it is just knowledge and information, which collides and adjusts according to the environment and relationships, leading to optimal ways and actions. In the midst of such changes, the civil servant training center should be transformed into a ‘learning place that makes Seoul a better Seoul through understanding of differences’ while the past and future changes coexist. To this end, we propose an architectural form and a shared plan in which all users who participate in a one-sided education/lodging/leisure center use space through a better experience/experience/play.
